I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in the heart of Sri Lanka. The location was perfect, as it was situated right in the main town center, near a stunning temple and the beautiful lake. Being in such a prime area allowed me to easily explore and experience other areas of the country. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary facilities and offered a nice view. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.
No improvements needed, everything was top-notch.

The Christmas ambiance was lovely and welcoming. The hotel's strategic location allowed easy access to popular tourist destinations, which we enjoyed exploring. The staff were helpful and accommodating, making our stay memorable. We also appreciated the variety of food offered at the restaurant.
The room we stayed in was small and poorly maintained. The bedding looked worn out and had visible stains.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more perfect, right in the heart of town and near some amazing attractions like a serene lake and a beautiful temple. Our room was cozy and well-maintained, with lovely views of the surrounding greenery from the large windows. The service was excellent, staff were attentive and polite, providing us with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was delicious, with a tasty selection of dishes to choose from. The hotel also had a billiards room and several lounges to relax in after a long day of exploring.
Despite the great room and facilities, the heating system could have been improved. At times we had to rely on the electric heater in the room to keep us warm, as the rest of the hotel was quite cold.

Spent Easter in a hotel near a beautiful lake, it was amazing! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable and beautiful, with a stunning view of the surrounding nature. the location was perfect, allowing us to easily walk to the city center and enjoy the local culture.
There were some downsides, mainly related to the noise levels. The thin walls and temple bells woke us up early in the morning, and it was difficult to get a good night's sleep with stray dogs barking outside.
